In this second episode on Wednesday, February 26 at 2:00pm (ET), special guest host Victoria Arnold-Rees (WTR) interviews Rosa Jiménez (Travel + Leisure) about her standout year of achievements—from completing her first marathon to launching INTA’s TMA certificate program and securing a seat on the 2025 INTA Board of Directors. Rosa will share her personal strategies for career progression and building unity within the TMA community, with insights from Victoria’s editorial perspective. In particular, they will discuss:

Kara Fielder, Senior IP Manager at Worldpay

Kara Fielder is the Senior IP Manager at Worldpay, LLC. With 20+ years of experience in the legal field, Kara has extensive experience in the area of trademark administration. Prior to her current role, Kara was the Global IP Manager at The Hershey Company. At Hershey, in addition to managing the company’s large global trademark portfolio, Kara managed Hershey’s IP paralegals, docketing team, outside counsel, and vendors. She was also a key business partner to Hershey’s commercial, regulatory, design, and innovation teams. Kara is actively involved with the International Trademark Association (INTA) and is currently serving as the Chair of INTA’s Trademark Administrators Committee. She also serves as an Advisory Board member of Corsearch.

Emily Quackenbush, Senior Trademark Paralegal at Perkins Coie

Emily Quackenbush has 25+ years of trademark experience working in both the law firm and in-house environments. While currently holding a Senior Trademark Position with a leading law firm in their Denver office, she has worked for a wide range of clients covering many industries, both domestic and international, including oil and gas, retail, social media, food and beverage industries, and hospitality services, to name a few. Many years of her working experience includes Trademark and Branding Portfolio Management and Director of Intellectual Property as well. Emily works very closely with her clients, along with the attorneys on her team to ensure the best possible trademark service and brand protection. Simply put, she loves all things “brands” with a noteworthy interest in consumer trends.

Victoria Arnold-Rees, Editor of World Trademark Review
Victoria is the editor of World Trademark Review (WTR), a trusted source of worldwide news, analysis and data on the management of trademarks. Victoria oversees WTR’s editorial content strategy to ensure the delivery of crucial trademark and brand-related news and analysis, reports and data offerings. She manages an international team of dedicated trademark journalists while producing her own editorial content covering a broad range of subject matter, with a particular interest in brand management, anti-counterfeiting, in-house operations and diversity and inclusion in the legal industry. Before joining the WTR editorial team, Victoria was a senior editor at Law Business Research, where she worked across multiple legal intelligence services. She has an MA in 20th-century literature from the University of Southampton.

Rosa Jimenez, Intellectual Property Manager at Travel + Leisure
Rosa Jimenez is Intellectual Property Manager at Travel + Leisure Co., where she’s responsible for the management and protection of the company’s global intellectual property portfolio, trademarkclearance and registration, trademark enforcement and protection, as well as intellectual property due diligence arising from corporate transactions. Before joining Travel + Leisure, Rosa was the IP Manager at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. She has over 25 years of experience as a trademark professional. Rosa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and a Masters of Legal Studies from Arizona State University. She was born in Puerto Rico and loves spending time with her family, running, and reading.
