Alt Legal INTA Annual Meeting Sweepstakes Rules
Eligibility. This contest (the “Contest”) is limited to all legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (the “Contest Territory”). Employees or agents of Alt Legal, Inc. (the “Sponsor”) and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible. Void outside the Contest Territory and where prohibited.
How to enter. To enter the Contest, submit your business card, including your name and contact information in the fishbowl present at Alt Legal’s INTA Conference booth. Each person may submit one entry.
Alternative method of entry: You may also enter the Contest by emailing your name, phone number and email address with the subject: Alt Legal INTA Sweepstake during the Submission Period, outlined below, to: legal@altlegal.com. Each person may submit one entry, regardless of method of entry.
Submission Period. Contest entries will be accepted between 10:00 a.m. EST on May 1, 2022 and 7:59 p.m. EST on May 3, 2022 (“Submission Period”).
Selection of the Winner. The Prizes (as defined below) will be awarded through a random drawing at 8:00 p.m. EST on May 3, 2022. The exact odds will be based on the total number of entries received for the drawing.
The Prize. One individual will receive select Alt Legal branded trademark merchandise. The Sponsor, its current and present affiliates, subsidiaries, and independent contractors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be required to award any prizes other than those specified here.
Notification of Winner. The winner will be notified by phone or email (using the contact information provided by the entrant). If the selected winner cannot be contacted within fourteen days after the selection and after three unsuccessful attempts during that period, another entrant will be selected, and the initially selected winner will be disqualified and will not have any other recourse towards the Sponsor or anyone involved in the Contest.
Winner Requirements. No substitution for, or transfer of the Prize, will be allowed. The selected entrant will have ten days from prize announcement to accept the prize. If the selected winner does not do so within this period of time, another entrant will be randomly selected and the initially selected winner will be disqualified and will have no recourse towards the Sponsor or anyone involved in the Contest.
No Fraud. All Contest entries that are incomplete, illegible, mutilated, altered, reproduced, forged, irregular or fraudulent in any way or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules are automatically void. The Sponsor will be the sole and final reference source in validating a claim for the Prize.
Your Participation. By participating, each entrant and selected winners agree: (a) to be bound by these Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, (b) to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its current and future affiliates, subsidiaries, and independent contractors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives from any and all liability for claims/damages including, claims/damages for personal injury, for property damage with respect to acceptance, possession or use or misuse of the Prize or participation in the Contest; (c) to permit the Sponsor to use his/her name, address, city, state, of residence, photograph, video, or any likeness for advertising or publicity purposes without any additional compensation. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Final decision. The decisions of the Sponsor in relation to this Contest will be final and binding on all entrants.
Loss. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, loss, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
Termination. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend this Content, in its sole discretion, at any time to the extent permitted under applicable laws.
No Purchase Necessary. No purchase is required to enter.
Privacy. By entering this Contest, each entrant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure, by Sponsor, of his or her personal information including full name (first and last), and contact information (email address, street address, city, state/province & zip/postal code) for the awarding & delivery of a Prize; and for market and consumer research purposes.
No Cash Value. The Prize will have no cash value. No cash or other substitutions are allowed.
