Alt Legal Connect 2021 Terms

Thanks for joining us for Alt Legal, Inc.’s (“Alt Legal”) Connect conference (the “Conference”). Please review these terms and conditions for participating in the Conference. 

1. Alt Legal will use your personal information, such as email address and contact information, as necessary to run the conference, provide access to the conference, send emails and updates about the Conference (including future products and services offered by Alt Legal), and provide you with relevant connections and content during the Conference based on this information and your use of the virtual event platform. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe option in any email or by mailing us at the address(es) listed at the bottom of www.altlegal.com.

2. Alt Legal is not liable or responsible for the actions of its sponsors, vendors, or attendees at the Conference. All views shared by our speakers are their own, and Alt Legal does not accept any responsibility or liability for any advice given or expressed by our speakers during the Conference or for links or contributions by third parties provided by attendees or speakers during our Conference. The maximum liability of Alt Legal for all matters relating to or arising under the Conference will be limited to a refund of your fee. By participating in the Conference, you have knowingly and voluntarily assumed any risks from attending this conference and related networking events. To ensure the best possible experience, please make sure you have a high speed internet connection. Alt Legal is not responsible for any costs (including mobile data usage costs) you incur in accessing the Conference.  

3. All intellectual property rights to the Alt Legal Connect conference, the content, services, and all materials distributed at or in connection with the Alt Legal Connect conference are owned by Alt Legal, our sponsors, and/or the speakers. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, license, publish, create, or derive works from any such content or materials for any reason without Alt Legal’s written permission. 

4. You cannot harvest, gather, or share private information from the account using manual or automated means or do anything that would compromise the security of the Conference. We reserve the right to use photographs, recordings, and other engagement of Alt Legal Connect attendees in promotion materials. 

5. Please note all sessions are recorded and can be placed online or transmitted to others without permission.

7. If you need to cancel for any reason, we will provide a 100% refund on all regular passes through May 1, 2021.
