On December 7, 2023 we hosted a webinar specifically designed for former TM Cloud customers,“Unclouding Your Docketing: What former TMC customers need to know to make the most of Alt Legal.” We shared a lot of helpful, practical tips for using Alt Legal and Alt Legal Trademark Protection.
During the webinar, Satori Stockplye, Alt Legal Support and Trademark Specialist, explained how you can automatically add custom tasks to the matters in your docket, how you can change your email notifications, how we simplify sending clients status update emails, and how to use forms to collect information to file new trademarks and patents. She also discussed reports, including how to filter your docket, how to save reports, and how to export to Excel, PDF, and Word.
Then, Saryn Koche, Alt Legal Marketing Specialist, covered how you can use Alt Legal Trademark Protection to increase revenue by engaging your existing clients with enforcement work.
