Paulina has cultivated a two-decade journey marked by her adept provision of legal counsel in the realm of intellectual property, particularly involved in all stages of trademark prosecution work, from designing a filing strategy through to the management of the maintenance process, as well as the entertainment arena encompassing film, music, and digital platforms. A commendable facet of her career involves pro-bono contributions to diverse Non-Governmental Organizations national and international. For over a decade, Paulina has passionately engaged as an educator, imparting her wisdom in intellectual property as a dedicated professor at Universidad Anáhuac Norte in Mexico City. She holds membership in INTA, further enhancing her professional standing. Her academic achievements span a Law Degree from Universidad Anáhuac México Norte, a Master of Laws (LLM) focusing on Intellectual Property and the Information Society from Universidad de Alicante (Magister Lvcentinvs), and a Master of Law (LLM) in Entertainment Law from ISDE University in Madrid, Spain, with a specialization in Audiovisual, Music, Sports, and the Entertainment Industry.

With over 35 years of extensive experience, Gaston stands as a highly seasoned attorney specializing in intellectual property and entertainment law. His expertise has benefitted a diverse clientele, ranging from musicians, producers, and talents to artistic representation agencies within the entertainment sector. Gastón’s proficiency encompasses trademark and patent protection, alongside adeptly crafted litigation strategies, solidifying his reputation as a trusted stalwart in this domain. His educational background includes studies at the Universidad Iberoamericana, complemented by certifications in Anglo-Saxon Law from the University of Texas, Corporate Law from Universidad Iberoamericana, and Intellectual Property Crimes from INACIPE.
