The Supreme Court ruled last week on skinny labeling for pharmaceuticals. It found that simply selling a skinny labeled generic drug didn’t induce patent infringement.
Chrome Hearts says the cross design on Nordstrom’s merchandise infringes its trademarks and risks creating customer confusion. They think the retailer crossed a line.
