As a CRM and Data Quality Success Consultant, Chris Fritsch has helped hundreds of law firms across the country select and implement the right Client Relationship Management and eMarketing solutions to support their marketing and business development efforts and maximize return on investment. Her team of almost 100 data quality professionals helps firms clean and enhance data and maintain ongoing quality. Chris also writes and speaks nationally on topics including client relationship management, data quality, relationship intelligence, legal technology, competitive intelligence and the use of technology to enhance profitability. In her former roles, Chris has advised top firms across the country on the role of technology in business development, selecting the right tools and technology to support their business development efforts, and utilizing competitive intelligence. Chris has also worked in-house as a Legal Technologist for an Am Law 50 law firm based in Atlanta and as a Technology Consultant for Emory Law School. Chris received her law degree from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, GA, where she served as Managing Editor of the Emory International Law Review, as well as a technology consultant.
