Marketing Sense: Ensuring your marketing is ethics compliant

Marketing is critical to any law practice, but if you want to maintain your law license, you need to ensure that your marketing is ethically compliant. US trademark attorneys need to ensure that their marketing complies with both their state bar association's marketing rules and also with those of the USPTO.
