TMAE Summit Roundtables Tech It Or Leave It: Evaluating and Improving Your Team's Tech Stack

2 min read

We’ll be making the most of our time during the lunch hour at the TMAE Summit by hosting small roundtable discussions on a variety of relevant topics. Each roundtable will have a host assigned to lead the discussion with pertinent questions, allowing you to share knowledge and resources and get to know your fellow conference attendees.

Roundtable Description

IP teams today often juggle disconnected systems, face budget pressures, and try to make existing tools do more than they were built for. In this roundtable, Nehal Madhani, CEO of Alt Legal, will lead a collaborative discussion about how teams are managing their tech stacks and what can be done to make them work better. Participants will discuss:

  • What tools are essential for today’s IP teams
  • Where teams encounter the most common tech stack pain points
  • How organizations decide when to add, replace, or cut tools
  • Which approaches help secure buy-in and budget for new technology
  • What ideas can improve participants’ own organizational tech stacks
