We’ll be making the most of our time during the lunch hour at the I ♡ Trademarks Conference by hosting small roundtable discussions on a variety of relevant topics. Each roundtable will have a host assigned to lead the discussion with pertinent questions, allowing you to share knowledge and resources and get to know your fellow conference attendees.

Roundtable Description

Social media has become a vital tool for law firms to engage with clients, build brand recognition, and share thought leadership. However, managing a professional and compliant presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Threads, and Instagram requires balancing creativity with legal and ethical considerations.

In this roundtable discussion, Paulina Rius (Macdonel Cuesta, Mexico) will lead a conversation on strategies for leveraging social media effectively while navigating the unique challenges faced by legal professionals. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your approach, this session will provide actionable insights to help your firm thrive in the digital age. Participants will discuss:

  • How to create engaging, professional content tailored to different platforms
  • Key ethical and compliance considerations for law firms on social media
  • Tips for managing risk, including client confidentiality and disclaimers
  • Best practices for responding to online comments and reviews
