We’ll be making the most of our time during the lunch hour at the I ♡ Trademarks Conference by hosting small roundtable discussions on a variety of relevant topics. Each roundtable will have a host assigned to lead the discussion with pertinent questions, allowing you to share knowledge and resources and get to know your fellow conference attendees.

Roundtable Description

Artificial intelligence is revolutionizing the legal world, from contract review to trademark practice and beyond. Yet questions remain on how best to integrate AI responsibly and ethically, balancing automation benefits with attorney oversight. In this interactive roundtable, Nehal Madhani (CEO of Alt Legal) will lead a conversation on the evolving role of AI in day-to-day legal workflows. Participants will explore:

  • Practical examples of AI tools already in use across various legal sectors
  • Strategies for addressing data privacy, confidentiality, and ethics concerns
  • The impact of AI-assisted research, filings, and client communications
  • Approaches for upskilling and training staff to maximize AI’s potential
  • Emerging trends and likely regulatory developments affecting AI’s adoption
