Meet the Alt Legal Assist Team

Amy Weber, VP Alt Legal Assist
Amy has over 25 years of trademark experience, having worked with firms of all sizes—from boutiques to NLJ 500 firms. She spent 18 years at Kilpatrick Townsend (and its predecessor, Townsend and Townsend and Crew). Amy holds a Master’s degree in History from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s degree in English, with a focus on non-fiction writing, from the University of Colorado, as well as a paralegal certificate. An active member of INTA, she serves on the Trademark Administrators Committee. Before joining Alt Legal, Amy launched and managed WeberMark, a paralegal services firm.

Kim Hatten
Kim has nearly 15 years of legal experience, beginning her paralegal career at a boutique IP firm. She then spent more than seven years at Ropes & Gray before moving with the IP practice group to the mid-sized firm Haley Guiliano. Kim has extensive knowledge of trademarks and IP docketing and holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Suffolk University.

Randall Hull
Randall Hull started his career in advertising and marketing communications. Years working as a branding professional fueled his interest in Intellectual Property prosecution and litigation leading to transitioning from creating brand assets to protecting them as a Trademark Paralegal.
Randall’s broad background in brand stewardship and creative development brings a unique perspective to the Alt Legal team. He works on trademark protection and enforcement matters and assists with trademark filing and IP due diligence to build and maintain our customers’ trademark portfolios domestically and internationally.

Christina Rhodes
Chrissy has over 10 years experience as a trademark paralegal and is skilled in trademark prosecution and enforcement in both the US and abroad. Chrissy spent the first 8 years of her career at Womble Bond Dickinson, a large international law firm, and most recently gained experience at a small IP law firm specializing in trademarks. In her free time, Chrissy enjoys developing her skill as an artist and raising Great Danes.

Gillian Workman
Gillian brings over 20 years of trademark experience, including nearly 15 years with Perkins Coie and additional experience at a woman-owned boutique law firm specializing in trademarks. Gillian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Society and Justice (pre-law) from the University of Washington, along with a paralegal certificate. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to Ireland and immersing herself in Irish culture.
