Alt Legal began with a problem that needed to be solved. Our founder and CEO, Nehal Madhani — an attorney-turned-entrepreneur — saw firsthand how trademark prosecution was bogged down by manual data entry and archaic processes for preparing filings and tracking deadlines. Convinced there had to be a better way, Nehal partnered with Charles Amoako (IP paralegal and technologist) and Gabe Kneisley (product designer) to build a trademark-centric docketing system that is modern, automated, and intuitive.
Rooted in deep engagement with our clients and active participation in the trademark community, we continue to innovate new trademark technologies to automate key processes across the trademark lifecycle. With our mission, we simplify global trademark management by making it more efficient and scalable, while empowering trademark professionals to practice with confidence.
